Yes. NodePoint is offline-first. Sales, stock updates and payments save on your device and sync to the cloud automatically when you reconnect, with background conflict resolution — so you never lose a transaction during a network or power outage.
NodePoint connects directly to Safaricom M-Pesa. When you finalise a sale, an STK Push prompt lands on the customer’s phone; they enter their PIN and the payment is reconciled as paid automatically — no manual matching. Airtel Money and card are also supported.
NodePoint Accounts is built eTIMS-ready: it keeps structured, VAT-aware invoices and audit-ready reports so your books are prepared for KRA eTIMS. Direct eTIMS integration — automatic submission to KRA — is on our near-term roadmap; talk to us about your timeline.
NodePoint pricing is simple and per-module: Retail POS from USD 15/month, Hotel Management from USD 25/month, and Accounts from USD 20/month. All plans include unlimited users, M-Pesa, offline mode and cloud backup. Annual billing saves 17%.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and daily backups. We use your data only to provide invoicing and billing for your account — we never use, mine or sell your customers’ data.
You can access and export your data at any time. If your subscription expires, your data remains available for one month before it is automatically and permanently deleted.
Yes. NodePoint is used across East Africa — Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and beyond — with multi-currency support and country-specific tax handling.
